K2nochenstark provides the nutrients calcium, vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 that play a key role in bone health.
* Calcium is needed to maintain normal bones. The calcium in K2nochenstark is obtained from plant sources in the form of fossilised marine red algae.
* Vitamin D is essential in helping the body absorb and use calcium normally. In this way it supports the maintenance of bones and teeth and is important for normal muscle function. The vitamin D3 used is obtained from lichens.
* Vitamin K also contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin K2 is used in the form of menaquinone MK-7.
